Shumoukh Al Khaldiah is a Saudi establishment founded in 2014 under the name of Ahmed Saleh Mohammed Al Khaldi Establishment for Operation and Maintenance. Its name was changed to Shumoukh Al Khaldiah Establishment for Operation and Maintenance in 2022. It  initially started as a general maintenance company for residential and  industrial buildings, but by 2023, it had expanded to offer general contracting services and a wide range of activities. The company’s services now include building operation, maintenance, and finishing,  as well as the supply and installation of marble, porcelain, gypsum,  interior and exterior decorations. Additionally, we provide labor for the restaurant, hotel, and hospital industries, and engage in third-party marketing across various fields and activities.”
In 2024, the company has been transferred into the Shumoukh Al-Khalidiya Group, which now includes diverse independent activities such as operation, maintenance, general contracting, trade, marketing,  and the sale of petroleum and chemical materials in all their forms.  Over the years, the company has successfully established a strong and competitive presence in the Saudi market, marking a significant economic  advancement.
